• Rockwell Automation: 
• To address cycle times, productivity and consistency challenges, we shared how we added BPA workflow to reduce non-value tasks, simplify the user work and reporting.  
• Results: users can track the status of work in-process, an audit trail is automatically generated, rework is minimized, detailed process metrics are available 
• Metrics:  We have reduced cycle times, improved process throughput, reduced user training time, reduced rework, and improved target service levels
• RPA Scripts Results: After we implemented automated processes using we reduced average SAP material master plant extension time from 21 days to less than six hours (we run the process four times per day).
• Metrics:  Material Master plant and sales org. extensions are processed four times per day and there is no processing backlog.  Operations and Planning data quality = 5.9 sigma. Sales and Marketing data quality = 5.6 sigma

• The Andersons: Perspectives on their journey to optimize SAP, MDM, and data & analytics enablement. This included automating business partner create and change for S/4HANA and building their enterprise data & performance analytics and cloud strategy.

Other topics: user personas, level 1-5 process maps, total cost of ownership evaluation of platforms, and solution recommendations ensuring alignment to corporate strategy.

2024 | Virtual Round Table | 30+

• Topic: Preparing for hyperautomation inclusive AI to super charge your business. 
• Overview: During this LEANutopia round table, we discussed process transformation intake processes and why a robust intake is critical to enabling hyperautomation initiatives, including AI strategy. Additionally, we discussed how to improve processes, make robust intake a prioritization and gain stakeholder alignment.  

2024 | Cleveland, OH | Virtual & Onsite

• Topic: During Process Transformation
• Featured participants from Carhartt, Louisiana-Pacific, Oswald Companies and Timken
• Overview:  We collaboratively performed peer reviews of the steps taken by multiple organizations to monitor their process transformation initiatives. Our focus centered on ensuring the designed solution incorporated the appropriate technology to uphold data quality for hyperautomation, including AI empowerment. Following the review, we discussed the critical significance of selecting the right technology and monitoring progress in enabling hyperautomation and AI.
